Mind In West Essex

Mind in West Essex believes that, with appropriate support, everyone has the ability to take steps that will improve their emotional wellbeing. We aim to support people affected by mental ill health and educate people to become emotionally resilient. We are committed to finding ways of developing support that is easily accessible and responsive to the needs of the local people. Services we offer include affordable counselling, life coaching, self help groups/courses, befriending and mental health training.
