Friends of the Eastbourne Hospital
The Friends of the Eastbourne Hospital (FoEH) was formed in 1948 just before the launch of the NHS. The charity raises money to provide funds for extra services, equipment and amenities for patients staff and visitors to the Eastbourne DGH and local community services supporting the people of Eastbourne and the surrounding area. The FoEH encourages voluntary work in the hospital and provides a link between the hospital and the community.
